Insurance and Direct Billing
We accept most insurance plans when booking with a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and offer direct billing for your convenience. If your plan allows, we’ll handle the paperwork and online submissions on your behalf to help reduce out-of-pocket expenses.
Have coverage through your spouse? We can help coordinate benefits and, in some cases, direct bill both plans.
We can direct bill to major providers including: Sun Life, Manulife, Telus, Canada Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield, Desjardins, and more.
Please note: if direct billing is not approved or goes through partially, clients are responsible for the full/remaining amount of payment at the time of service. A detailed receipt will be provided for you to submit your claim directly to your insurance provider.
